Sydnee is the owner of S.O.S Suds by Syd, an artist & passionate photographer/filmographer & an enthusiastic environmentalist. She created her company in order to create time to find ways to make difference in her community and to spread her love for the ocean and surrounding environments. Sydnee hopes to raise awareness in the future to combat local environmental issues. While she self studies oyster & coral restoration, she finds ways to continue implementing community projects & influence in order to fight excessive single-use plastics. Sydnee supports and follows likeminded local environmental programs such as Captains For Clear Water, Sydnee’s largest inspirations through child and adult hood were Steve Irwin, Robert Wyland, and local science teachers from her schools. Sydnee says “Programs like this have always been an inspiration & kept me motivated to do better in my community, for as long as I can remember Ive always wanted to be an entrepreneur, and i’ve always wanted to protect our environment, unfortunately, there isn’t much financial success in protecting the planet, as much as I see the need to educate the public; I still need to find ways provide for myself, there aren’t many people who are willing to spend their free time to speak up for the voiceless and id like to become someone who can become succesful enough to speak up for our mother nature rather than becoming succesful from its destruction.”
